KYC Verification

  • There will be a KYC verification for the user, and the verification process may take up to 1 business day. If the verification requires more time, Paywint has the right to hold this process for a longer period. While the KYC verification is pending, payments will not settle. This is a one-time process. On failure of this verification, Paywint will block the user account.

2. Services Provided

Payment Processing

  • Users can make secure payments through various methods, including bank transfers, wallets, and debit/credit cards.
  • Payments are subject to verification and may be rejected if found fraudulent or non-compliant.
  • If the payment is initiated from a newly added card for the first time, the payment will undergo a verification process which may take up to 24 hours. If the verification requires more time, Paywint has the right to hold this process for a longer period. From the next time onwards, payments from this verified card will settle instantly.
  • Any payments from a fraudulent card or a card that does not match with the KYC ID will be rejected, and the card will be blocked.
  • Paywint acts as a gateway but does not function as a bank or hold funds directly.

Payment Tracking

  • Users can monitor payment history and status through their account dashboard.

3. Fees and Charges Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable and will be displayed clearly before completing any transaction.

Recipient Fees
