1. Withdrawal Methods & Fees

Regular (ACH):

  • Description: ACH transfers provide a reliable and widely used method for moving funds between financial institutions. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days.
  • Fee: Free of charge.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $5.

Instant (RTP):

  • Description: RTP (Real-Time Payments) enables instant fund transfers, providing users quick access to their money.
  • Fee: 1.5% – 3% (minimum $1) of the withdrawal amount.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $5

Push to Card:

  • Description: Push-to-card withdrawals allow users to transfer funds directly to their debit cards. Only debit cards are eligible (credit cards are not supported). Users must ensure their debit card is active, valid, and capable of receiving funds.

  • Fee: 1% – 3% (minimum $1).

  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $5

Instant Wallet-to-Wallet Transfers:

  • Description: Users can now transfer funds instantly between Paywint wallets with zero fees.
  • Fee: Free.
  • Processing Time: Instant.
  • Minimum Transfer Amount: No minimum.

2. Important Notes

Fee Deduction

  • All applicable fees are automatically deducted before processing.
  • The final deposited amount reflects these deductions.

Minimum Withdrawal Amounts

  • Withdrawals must meet the stated minimum threshold.
  • Requests below the minimum will not be processed.

    Method Selection

    • Users should select their preferred withdrawal method based on speed, cost, and eligibility.

    Processing Delays & Technical Issues

    • Due to server issues, bank holidays, or other unexpected problems, withdrawals may be delayed.
    • Paywint is not responsible for third-party delays.
    • If the delay is from our end, we will resolve it as soon as possible.

    Irreversible Transactions

    • Once initiated, withdrawals cannot be canceled.

    Non-Refundable Service Fee

    • In case of a failed withdrawal, the service fee is non-refundable.

    Fraud Prevention & Security

    • Withdrawals from accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily held for review.
    • Users must complete KYC verification for seamless withdrawals.
