Regular (ACH):

  • Description: ACH transfers are a reliable and widely used method for moving funds between financial institutions. It will take one to two business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
  • Fee: This method is entirely free of charge. Users can transfer funds to their bank accounts without incurring any fees, making it an economical choice for withdrawals.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $5

Instant (RTP):

  • Description: RTP enables immediate fund transfers, providing a quick and efficient solution for users who need instant access to their money.
  • Fee: Withdrawals made using RTP incur a fee of 1.5% – 3% (minimum $1) of the withdrawal amount. This fee is calculated and deducted automatically during the transaction process.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $5

Push to Card:

  • Description: Push-to-card withdrawals allow users to transfer funds directly to their debit card. This is a convenient option for users who prefer having funds available on their card for immediate use.

Please note that this service does not support credit cards, only debit cards are eligible. It is your responsibility to ensure that the debit card is active, valid, not blocked, and capable of receiving funds.

  • Fee:
    • A standard fee of 1% – 3% of the withdrawal amount applies.
    • Minimum Fee: $1 (for smaller transactions).
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $5

Important Notes:

  • Fee Deduction: All applicable fees are automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing the transfer. The final amount deposited into your bank account or card will reflect these deductions.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amounts:
    • Withdrawals must meet the minimum thresholds based on the selected method (as stated above). Requests for amounts below the minimum will not be processed.
  • Method Selection: Users are encouraged to carefully select their preferred withdrawal method based on urgency, cost, and the minimum withdrawal amount.
  • Updates to Fees or Methods: Paywint reserves the right to modify withdrawal methods, fees, or limits at any time. Any such changes will be communicated through our website, app notifications, or other official communication channels.
  • Transaction Limits: Additional limits or restrictions may apply based on user account verification status or regulatory requirements. Details can be found in our Disclosure.
  • Irreversible Transactions: Once a withdrawal is initiated, it cannot be canceled.
  • Non-Refundable Service Fee: In the event of a payment failure, the service fee is non-refundable as the service has already been rendered.
  • Technical Issues: Due to server issues or other technical or unexpected problems, Paywint is not responsible for delays or disruptions. If the error is on our end, we will resolve it as soon as possible, and we kindly request your patience during this time.
